Culinary Innovation Director
Leander started his culinary journey in his grandmother's kitchen in Vancouver, where he learned that cooking isn't just about following recipes—it's about understanding ingredients and respecting food traditions. After working in restaurant kitchens across three provinces, he discovered his true calling in food education when he started teaching weekend meal prep workshops in 2019.
